BUILT AROUND YOUR GAME

Care that understands
the demands of the court.

01

Reach with control.

Assess foot, ankle, hip, and trunk movement alongside strength and tolerance for deep lunges. Progress loading through the reaching positions squash demands.

02

Change direction.

Build braking and push-off capacity through progressively loaded movement. Connect acceleration and deceleration to recovering from the corners and returning to the T.

03

Meet repeated demands.

Progress from individual movements to repeated lunges, court drills, and rally efforts. Adjust volume and intensity to your current capacity and response to loading.
